Big Transformation by R&T Home Services

This project was a big one. The floor had severe rot and structural issues, causing boards to cave in and creating a serious safety hazard for the homeowner.

So me and my partner at R&T Home Services stepped in and got to work.

• We completely tore out the damaged flooring

• Replaced the running boards, support boards, and spacers

• Reinforced the structure to make the floor solid again

• Reinstalled the carpet to bring everything back together clean and smooth

Now the floor is safe, sturdy, and looks great again. Jobs like this are why we take pride in doing things the right way from the ground up.
